If you have a little time and need some pampering, a foot soak might be just the thing. OR maybe you feel like if you don’t do something this very minute to relax and feed yourself you might lose your marbles (hence the name), then this is definitely the soak for you.
First, pour about 2 cups of hot water over 2 mint tea bags, in a teapot or bowl. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Pour the hot water over the marbles. Add a few drops of tea tree oil. The oil is antifungal, healing and a deoderizer. The mint tea is to energize and cool your feet. The marbles are for . . . massage ~ so once you put in your doggies, roll them around on the marbles. If you can’t find your marbles, you could use small round river rocks.
Some people use 1/2 cup epsom salts, but that puts us at 4 ingredients, counting your marbles, so it’s up to you. I like it without salts because it’s less drying.
Let your feet soak for about 10 minutes. If the water is too warm, add a few ice cubes!
