If you do something every day for 21 days straight, it becomes a habit, whether that’s brushing your teeth or spending a thousand dollars. It’s true! Why make it a habit? Because you don’t have to continue thinking about whether you want to do it, like brushing your teeth, you just automatically do it. When you sort, each time you hold up an item, you have to make a decision. Why make more decisions than you have to? What if you miss a day? Get back on the horse as soon as you can. It may take a little longer, but don’t give up! Couldn’t we all do with a little more autopilot?
