Time to Celebrate!

Little did I know when I started this blog on June 9th, that I would enjoy it so much! This is my 100th post! So it’s time to CELEBRATE!!!!  I’ve learned a lot about blogging in the past 3 1/2 months. . .

And . . .there is a lot I wish I knew — like how to change the theme so that all my content is organized and easily accessible, how to get my photos into a photo slideshow thingy, how to deflect spam comments and  how to encourage my readers to COMMENT!  I have many readers, and I appreciate all of you for taking the time to read! But maybe, just maybe, you want to toss in a comment every now and then . . .

I hope I’m making your life somewhat easier, helping you with problems, or inspiring you.  You, even though I don’t know anything about you, dear reader, are inspiring me to write.

Mileposts are important — it’s critical to validate where you are and where you’ve come from.  If you don’t, then you don’t see the progress you’re making through change in your life.  If you don’t validate yourself, you don’t generate the energy to move yourself forwards.

It’s important also to be joyful.  Yes, I’m worried that I don’t have a steady job right now, but I’m full of joy that my blog is steadily growing with me.  I’m trying to be joyful in the simple things that I can have without spending much money, and in trying to enhance my life and those of my family with my own talents, because those are entirely free!

I hope you celebrate today as I’m celebrating. Wherever you are and whatever is important to you, take the time to affirm that the energy and magic of change is transforming you into something more than you were before. Now that’s something to celebrate!

(By the way — my sister made this orange chiffon cake. Isn’t it beautiful?)
